- Gear rental nearly every climbing gym rents shoes (~$5–8 typical) and chalk; harness rental is often bundled with a ropes pass
- Waiver always required at climbing gyms — sign it online before you go to skip the front-desk line
- First timer? bouldering needs zero experience — rent shoes and walk in; staff will point you at the easiest problems
- Yoga & fitness mentioned alongside the climbing — ask about the class schedule and what a pass includes
- Ages 0–18 — the gym's own stated range
- Memberships available — worth asking about if you'd climb more than a few times a month

From the reviews
Non-members can purchase a day pass without being a resident. Great pool area, the entire family can rock climb 6+ yrs, lots of exercise equipment, a sauna, a track, and a basketball gym. They even offer party room rentals. Be sure to check for holiday closures. Also they are expanding!
Went here for pool use. Price was a little steep for nonresidents but we had a lot of fun with the pool. There are a lot of features that made it great, whirlpool, bubbler, awesome waterslide, kiddie area, river. Pools had lifegaurds. There were family changing rooms. Clean and nice place.
A very beautiful Community center with top notch senior facilities. They have many programs and various services for our senior community. I highly recommend this business.
You want it? They have it! Basketball, soccer, floor hockey, swimming, diving, rock climbing, water park, state-of-the-art weight room and more workout machines than you could ever hope for. I used to work out here 10+ years ago and it looks at least as good 10 years ago. Kudos to Livonia and the maintenance crew.
