From the reviews
Good gym and staff. Generally, very clean and plenty of cardio and weight machines and free weights. Offers 24 hr access with ID registration.
I like that the rooms are organized by machine. The fore room has dumb bells, arm training machines. Then there are a couple rooms to the right for legs and arm machines and another room for squat racks. They also have a wide variety of cardio machines.
From my personal experience with fitness centers, mostly Army, I can say with assurance that this is one of the nicest facilities I've ever been to. Tons of variety, very clean, all the equipment is serviceable and in great shape.
You can smell and feel the sweat and tears in that place. Need big fans in that beast, move some of that air in there!
