From the reviews
The student life center hosts a gym that includes free weights, squat racks, machines, and an indoor track. There are also several basketball courts and an indoor soccer arena, as well as both indoor and outdoor pools for lap swimming, recreation, and a hot tub.
Clean, pretty nice equipment. My biggest complaints is it always seems crowded. The weight room is the most used area and the big private rooms in the back hardly ever seem used. I wish there was more space for machines, because it feels like you have to wait in line to workout.
It took me forever to find the lockers but other than that it was good. It was very clean and there are lots of great machines, benches, and anything else you'd want to work on. There's also an indoor track, basketball court, pool, and indoor climbing gym.
The Student Life Center is a great resource for any student at the U to enjoy. The cardio machines and indoor track are particularly useful. It isn't even super crowded anymore, because an EOS was built near Trolley Square.
