I started CrossFit in 2016 with a goal of losing just a little bit of weight and being able to fit into some of my old clothes that were just taking up space in my closet. My husband had been going for a year trying to convince me but to be honest, I really didn’t think CrossFit was for me.
Coach Wayne is outstanding with kids & he brings a wealth of baseball experience to his training. His sessions are engaging, upbeat, and focused, leaving NO ROOM for excuses. He excels at developing skills & boosting confidence, all while promoting excellent sportsmanship between players.
This place is great, consistent in quality, attention and care. And clean! The workouts change every day, some are pure fun and hard, other are hard and hard. Coaches and Wayne (the owner) are always there to answer questions, even off hours by email, and I have plenty being new to Crossfit – as I am not alone in the…
Absolutely loved my experience at CrossFit Country! I was a little hesitant to try at first because I had bad experiences with CrossFit gyms before, but was blown away by Wayne and the crew at this gym. The team/family environment is awesome and makes working out a fun experience.
