The DISC is a good place to exercise. It has nice workout areas with a variety of equipment, including: free weights, weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes and rowing machines. There is a 1/8 mile track for walkers and runners. The facilities are clean and quite nicely organized.
First visit was a kids event for the public and they loved it. Checking out a membership for them. Definitely recommend.
I don't have enough nice things to say about the folks at the DISC. The facility is clean, and the staff care. I highly recommend the classes and the trainers. I've been a member of other gyms in Decatur, and the DISC by far is the best facility for personal training and HIIT exercises.
Amazing community enviroment, one of the best I've ever seen. Practucally says it all, culture. This is more what we need in our Srates. I can almost literally sense people getting better and healthier while working out there. Make it there and find out for yourself.
Birthday parties at Decatur Indoor Sports Center
