You name it, they have it! Golden dream for everyone who goes to gym! Free for OSU ! Available for subscription for others too! What do you need in a gym? Attached pool, basketball courts, super range of weights, dedicated workout areas, full blown range of equipments!!!!
I have a community membership to the Colvin Center so I can take group classes, and entered cautiously at first, worrying that I would be intimidated by young jocks. Perhaps that would be the case if I used their equipment, but I choose to take my class, and often use the track on the second floor.
It's a cool pool design with a lazy river, sprinklers and whirlpool element but during our visit on 7/31/21 it was packed and dirty. Our swimsuits smelled almost as bad as after a lake trip. It had more lifeguards and better hours than the local city pool nearby but not as clean. Parking is reasonable as we paid $3.
Climbed on 2/26/2025. Staff was friendly, helpful, and used good belay technique. Routes were excellent. Everyone climbing was super friendly and the vibe was really great. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. 5/5
