What climbers say again and again
“Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful.”
From the reviews
We had such an awesome time and we look forward to getting back at it again soon! Chris and staff were knowledgable and ensured your comfort and experience from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone interested in learning to climb, young or old!
The staff were very friendly and helpful! I came in not knowing much about climbing, but had a very fun time as well as learning some new stuff. The whole facility is clean and neat. If you're or bored or need an activity to do go try this out, you'll definitely have a good time.
Love it here! Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. They made learning to rock climb a fun and enjoyable experience. I recommend it to all my friends.
Without exception the staff is competent friendly and safety-conscious and the facility is outstanding. My children, 7 and 8, had any apprehensions lifted as they were gently encouraged to "climb (to) new heights." It's now their favorite place and therefore my favorite place.
Birthday parties at Climbing New Heights
Climbing New Heights hosts birthday parties, going by their listing and visitor reviews. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
Kids classes & camps at Climbing New Heights
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Climbing New Heights — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
