From the reviews
A nice, bright, very fun, bouldering gym. $13 day pass if you bring your own stuff and if you are new $15 day pass for your first time and it includes rental shoes. After that, $18 per day pass, rentals included. There are plenty of V-Beginner V0, V1, and V2 routes.
TL;DR: I love this gym but I am biased Somehow I've never actually written a review for this gym, which is crazy to me, since this is where I started climbing. The first time I went to Climb Nulu was in early 2016, when I was new to climbing, and I had a blast. I had a punch pass, and came a couple times a month.
Been a member since they opened ten(ish) years ago. I love the community here- there's a very good vibe with friendly interactions every day. I travel for work and have been to probably 150-200 different gyms. The setters mix up the routes and styles more often than most gyms. They're almost always resetting a section.
best bouldering gym in louisville!!! i come here with my friends all the time. i’m convinced it is the best functioning social hub in the city. everyone here is super friendly, very warm towards beginners, with plenty of room for growth.
Birthday parties at Climb NuLu
Climb NuLu hosts birthday parties, going by their listing and visitor reviews. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.
Kids classes & camps at Climb NuLu
Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Climb NuLu — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.
