Nice, clean gym. Not huge but had a little bit of everything to work on. Chalk stations were really nice to see. I only did a drop in so I don't know if it gets really busy but it was quite the day I went and I didn't have to wait or "fight" to climb what I wanted to.
Solid bouldering gym. Spacious with a good spread of grades up to V9 and varied movement. A nice mix of holds as well. Training facilities included two adjustable boards (Kilter and Decoy), campus board, and a few fingerboards (although these were not adjustable and some of them were set at weird heights).
Central rock is pretty great so far. I'm from Houston Texas where I used to climb, and Central Rock is the only local climbing gym that gives me a similar professional experience. I've visited the Glastonbury and West Hartford locations so far and the employees are nice at both places.
Would give 4.5, nice modern and clean with solid amenities, layout could fit more climbs as only the outer walls have climbing but this leaves a large empty space in the middle with a bunch of couches Climbs are solid but grades are frankly bad, easy graded climbs are a bit too hard and V5-V8 are all very similar
