From the reviews

So freaken awesome! Loads of fun for kids and adults. Great staff being knowledgeable and supportive. Kevin has the patience of an angel! We have our son in Parkour but they also have Jiu Jistsu, rock climbing, acrobatics etc.

I have nothing but great things to say about AMP. The owners and coaches are all highly skilled, extremely friendly, and very good at adapting their lessons to fit the ability levels of their students.

We have known Scott Hoffman and his team for years now - since they were in Middletown - and AMP Parkour and Martial Arts is an excellent choice for your family. The thing that has always really impressed me about this studio and the culture here is that they are gifted instructors of children.

★★★★★ — Sarah, Jul 2017

I went for an intro class and the staff were nice and encouraging. As an active adult, I haven't been back because the hours are still the same. Unfortunately, 8pm classes on Monday and Wednesday are too late for an active class during the week where you need to get up for work in the morning.

Birthday parties at Adaptive Movement Parkour

Adaptive Movement Parkour hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Climbing parties come with staff who handle the harnesses and belaying, so parents can mostly watch. One thing that's different here: every guest needs a signed waiver — send the gym's waiver link to the other parents when you send invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular gyms.

Kids classes & camps at Adaptive Movement Parkour

Reviews and the gym's own info mention kids programs at Adaptive Movement Parkour — climbing classes, school-break camps, or a youth team where kids learn technique from coaches instead of just scrambling around. Program schedules and age groups change each season, so check the current lineup before you plan around one.

Adaptive climbing

Adaptive Movement Parkour is mentioned for adaptive climbing or paraclimbing — sessions, equipment, or coaching that make the walls climbable for people with disabilities. Offerings like this vary a lot gym to gym and schedules change, so call ahead to ask what's available and when the next session runs.
